CreteSuites is a modern Urban VILLA which includes 3 fully equipped Αpartments with a fantastic POOL in beautiful surrounding, for those who want a vacation near the Beach, but also in the City. All apartments are charming and fully equipped. The location is ideal, as you will find next to you all shops you need. They have the luxury and amenities of a Villa, but is only a 5 minute walk (500m) from the city's main organized beach and just 2 km from the city center, via a wonderful promenade that is daily flooded with walkers and athletes.

SWIMMING POOL & OUTDOOR: Villas have an outdoor private pool in a paved courtyard which includes everything you need to relax, such as many plants (palms, lemontree, green shrubs, flowers, etc.), as well as shower, sunbeds, table with chairs, as well as barbeque (closed at winter) BEDROOMS: The apartment has a total of 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed (1.8 m x 2 m), which can be split into 2 singles and a 3rd single bed as well. The other bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90 m x 2 m). All beds have anatomical anti-allergic mattresses of 3 zones and a height of 28cm. Each bedroom has bedside tables, a modern wardrobe, air conditioning, and toilet / desk furniture with a mirror and chair.

LIVING ROOM - KITCHEN: The living room has a large modern sofa (0.90 m x 2 m) that easily becomes a double bed and a dining table with 4 chairs. It also has a 55 ”Smart Full HD TV with NETFLIX, as well as air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has an oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, utensils and electric iron with ironing board. BATHROOM: It has a shower, washing machine, hair dryer and is equipped with shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, conditioner and soap and all the necessary personal comforts.

PARKING: You can also park for free on the street in front of the Apartment, as well as on adjacent streets.

Apartment Α. Apartment A (the 1st of the 3 apartments of the Villa) is completely renovated and can accommodate 2-6 people, ideal for family, couple or group of friends. It has 2 large bedrooms, a large bathroom, a living room and a kitchen, as well as a large private balcony with views, which includes an outdoor table and patio chairs. All the doors and windows of the apartment are completely new and offer complete sound and heat insulation.

Apartment Β. Apartment Β (the 2nd of the 3 apartments of the Villa) is completely renovated and can accommodate 2-6 people, ideal for family, couple or group of friends. It has 2 large bedrooms, a large bathroom, a living room and a kitchen, as well as a large private balcony with views, which includes an outdoor table and patio chairs. All the doors and windows of the apartment are completely new and offer complete sound and heat insulation.

Apartment C. Apartment C (the 3rd of the 3 apartments of the Villa) is located right next to the pool, it is completely renovated and can accommodate 2 people and a child, ideal for a family, couple or small group. It has one bedroom, open-plan living room with kitchen and bathroom. It also has a large private balcony with patio table and chairs, which is located within the outdoor pool area. All doors & windows have heat insulation and sound insulation.

Yorgos is so great host! He was very friendly and reactive and he personally welcome us when we arrived wit treats and local sweets. He supplied us a lot of good suggestions for having a trully lovely holiday.

We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights and were very happy to stay there. The location is good: - Walk to the beach in 5mins - Good bakery, restaurants and supermarkets nearby - Free parking. The pool is great and almost feels like a private pool. The hosts, Yorgos and Niki, are friendly, helpful and responsive. We recommend it!
